This site exists to describe You Own The Decision and the companies it holds. It is informational.

Nothing on it is professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, investment, tax, security, or regulatory advice. Nothing on it creates an advisory, consulting, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and us. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any company, or an offer to provide services on any particular terms.

Descriptions of the companies and what they do are summaries written for a general audience. They are not commitments, and the details of any actual engagement are governed by whatever agreement is signed for it.

Our content and marks

The text, layout, design, images, and the octopus mark on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You Own The Decision, Fellowship Intelligence, Fellowship Emissaries, The Consigliere, Still In Charge, The Wrong Default, and Always Questioning are our marks.

You may read the site, and you may link to it. You may quote short passages with attribution, in the ordinary way that people quote things. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, republish it, sell it, present it as your own, use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you, or use the content to train a model or build a dataset without our written permission.
