You Own The Decision

Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 August 2026

This site does not track you. What follows explains exactly what that means, and the small amount of information that exists anyway.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to youownthedecision.com and to nothing else.

You Own The Decision is a holding company. The companies it holds run their own websites, collect their own information, and publish their own privacy policies. Fellowship Intelligence, The Consigliere, Still In Charge, The Wrong Default Media, Always Questioning, and OSA are each covered by their own terms, not by this document. OSA publishes its own privacy policy and terms of service at securityosa.com. If you follow a link from this site to any of them, you leave the scope of this policy.

What we collect through this site

Nothing.

This is a single page of static text and images. To be specific about what that rules out:

You can verify all of this. Open your browser's developer tools, load the page, and look at the Network and Application tabs. You will see a small number of requests, all to this domain, and an empty cookie store.

What our hosting provider records

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare's servers record standard technical information when a page is requested, which typically includes the requesting IP address, the browser's user agent string, the page requested, and the date and time.

That information is created and held by Cloudflare, acting as our service provider, and is used to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell, rent, or share it. Cloudflare's own privacy practices are described in its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Certain Cloudflare features can set a cookie. We have not enabled any of them. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top of it before the change goes live.

If you email us

The only way this site invites you to contact us is a plain link to an email address. If you choose to write to us, we receive whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever else you decide to tell us.

We use that to reply to you and to carry on whatever conversation follows. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for that purpose or for our ordinary business records. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not operate one. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we have no interest in doing so.

Links to other sites

This page links to the websites of the companies we hold and, in a few places, to services those companies use. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, subject to their policies and their handling of your information. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we do not operate.

Children

This site is a business page aimed at adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, through it.

Tracking signals

Some browsers send a Do Not Track header or a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not need to act on either, because we do not track visitors and we do not sell or share personal information. There is nothing for the signal to switch off.

Your choices and your rights

Privacy laws in a number of states give people rights to see, correct, or delete personal information a business holds about them, and to object to it being sold or shared. Whether any particular law applies to us depends on thresholds we are unlikely to meet.

We would rather not argue about the threshold. If you have written to us and you want to know what we hold, or you want it corrected or deleted, email us and ask. We will do it. In practice the only thing we are likely to hold is the email you sent us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site works in a way that makes anything above untrue, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top before the change takes effect. We will not quietly start collecting information and revise the policy afterwards.
